Luxury Resort in the Cayman Islands
Construction will be starting early next year on the Island Resort and Residences in Grand Cayman. The luxury resort has been designed by Rafael Amuchastegui, one of the architects who worked on the design of Dubai’s Burj Al Arab.
The resort will span over 800 foot of beachfront property and will offer 81 units of luxury accommodation for sale. One of the main attractions will be the swimming pool, which will consist of four inter-connected pools with waterfalls, infinity edges, rope- and wood bridges and rock-sculptures. There will also be a spa and wellness facility, children’s centre and a pool bar. There is also direct access to the beachfront.
Luxury penthouses in the resort will start selling at around $3 million and three-bedroomed apartments will start at about $1,6 million. All units will have everything owners could want in terms of luxury. This resort will be the first of its kind, boasting the ultimate in luxury, in the Cayman Islands. Would you like to buy one of these units?
